Mixing & Application Protocols

1. Substrate Preparation

Ensure the concrete or plaster substrate is sound, level, dry, and free of dust, grease, oil, or loose particles. Pre-wet porous surfaces lightly in high ambient heat.

2. Mixing Ratio & Slake

Gradually add 20 kg powder into 5.0 - 5.5 Liters of clean water in a clean mixing bucket. Stir with slow-speed mechanical mixer (300-400 RPM) for 3-5 minutes. Allow 3 minutes slake time.

3. Notched Trowel Application

Apply adhesive paste to substrate with the flat side of a trowel, then comb with a 6x6 mm or 10x10 mm notched trowel at a 45° angle to create uniform adhesive ribs.

4. Tile Placement & Curing

Press tiles firmly into the wet mortar with a slight twisting motion to achieve 100% coverage. Allow minimum 24 hours curing before opening to light foot traffic or grouting.

Packaging & Storage Conditions

✓ Standard Packing: 20 kg Poly-woven moisture-barrier laminated bag (Custom 40 kg bulk bags available on project order).
✓ Shelf Life: 12 Months from date of manufacturing when stored in original unopened packaging.
✓ Storage Protocol: Store off the floor on wooden pallets in a cool, dry, covered warehouse away from direct sunlight and rain.
